Currently we have the following vacancy:

Year Group Leader

Full time, permanent position required for September 2020
MPS (Outer London Weighting) £26,662 - £37,275 + TLR 2B

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our middle leadership team as Year Group Leader.

This is an incredibly exciting time to join our school. We became an academy in September 2017 and we are making rapid progress in all areas. As part of the Middlesex Learning Partnership family, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our partner academies, Belmore Primary Academy and Barnhill Community High School.

All Year Leaders have oversight of a cohort of up to 90 pupils. As well as teaching your own class, you will be responsible for leading a team of teaching and support staff to ensure that all children achieve their very best in terms of standards, progress and attitudes to learning. We are looking for a colleague with the drive and energy to inspire and motivate everyone around them and be proactive in terms of both leading their team and in contributing to the broader direction and development of the school.
Collaboration and support are embedded in the culture of the school. Staff are the vital ingredient in our school and our commitment to the development of staff at all levels is a fundamental priority for us.

We can offer:

  • Quality guidance and professional development opportunities
  • A friendly, very supportive and innovative school team
  • A fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting and forward thinking trust, working in partnership with other schools

Closing date: Friday 29 May 2020

Earlier applications are welcome and interviews may take place prior to the closing date with mutual agreement.
