Are you a mum looking to go back to work?

Session 2 - 4 February at 1pm

The GRoW program is a specially designed confidence and motivation group programme, using a behavioural insights approach, that supports women who have been out of work and bringing up their children to develop the
confidence and motivation to take up a new job.

Session one 28th January 1-3pm

Is about developing understanding of your situation and the confidence to proceed.
Through group activities we help participants explore what they are doing now and what they want to change about
their lives. We do the GRoW timeline that helps you to explore what you need to do now, in order to be where
you want to be in 5, ten and fifteen years’ time. The session uses drawing and interpretation to develop understanding. The aim is to show participants they will gain from proceeding and feel safe so to do.

Session two 4th February 1-3pm

Understanding what motivates you to identify what will work for you long term. The second part of the session helps people to learn how to pitch themselves to others. This is a very practical session with an interactive
development of a pitch and presentation to a group Dragons Den style.

Session three 11th February 1-3pm

What is it that you have to offer a potential employer – what is your brand, and what skills and experience can you
offer. We explore gaps and barriers and what needs to be done to make each person more likely to succeed – focus
on work placements and training and developing employability skills.

All participants receive a certificate to celebrate their achievements.
