Dear Parents/Carers

Some of you are aware that a Year 6 child was hit by a car after school yesterday. 

Although it was a regrettable situation, the response from you as parents, and the community was fabulous.  You provided blankets and called 999 incredibly swiftly and it was all really appreciated.  I was able to get to the child within minutes and stay with him until his parent was present. 

This morning, many parents and carers came and spoke to Ms Verone on the gate about their concerns about road safety.  Many of you had brilliant ideas!  We would like to invite you to meet with myself and other members of the team to discuss your concerns and options moving forwards. 

I propose a meeting on: Monday 11^th December at 2.45pm in the KS1 Hall.  Please come in using the Main Reception Entrance.
