Early Byrds Breakfast Club
For children from Nursery to Year 6 (7:15am-8:40am)
From September 2026:
Our Early Byrds Breakfast Club, runs every day during term-time for children across the school. Early Byrds takes place in our Nursery Classroom and KS2 Hall.
Nursery and Reception Early Byrds takes place in Nursery and is run by Ms Terry and Ms Plaister. Please arrive at Nursery and press the buzzer to be let in.
Year 1 to Year 6 Early Byrds takes place in our KS2 Hall and is run by Ms O'Connor, Ms Josan, Ms Shafeek and Ms Mercer. Please arrive at the KS2 Hall doors.
What your child will receive at Early Byrds:

If your child has any specific dietary requirements and/or allergy, you must inform a member of staff at Breakfast Clubs beforehand, so that we can cater for them.
Activities:
After the children have eaten their breakfast, there will be a range of activities available, such as colouring, crafts, use of the outdoor play area and other active fun and games.
Timings & Prices:
EYFS:
Nursery - 7:15am-8:30am - £4 (booking required via ParentPay)
Reception - 7:15am-8:10am - £2.50 (pay via ParentPay) *£1 for Pupil Premium children
Reception - 8:10am-8:30am - FREE (no booking required)
Year 1 - Year 6:
7:15am - 8:10am - £2.50 (pay via ParentPay) *£1for Pupil Premium children
8:10am-8:40am - FREE (no booking required)
Dropping off your child:
Children in Nursery and Reception will need to be dropped to our Nursery Classroom, where they will be met by a member of staff. Please press the buzzer to be let in.
Children in Year 1 to Year 6 will need to be dropped off at the KS2 Hall doors. A member of staff will open the doors to allow the entry of children.
Doors closed at 8:30am.
All children must be accompanied by an adult whilst waiting outside before the doors open. A member of staff will then accompany all children to class after Early Byrds Breakfast Club is finished.
