Dear Parents/Carers
Parent/Carer Evening – Thursday 24th March 2022
You are invited to make appointments for the school’s next Parent/Carer Evening from 2:00pm - 7:00pm. The school will be closed from 1:30pm on this day. These meetings will be booked online and then held in-person in both our school halls:
- Reception – Year 2 – KS1 Hall
- Year 3 – Year 6 – KS2 Hall
To make your appointments please login via: www.parents-booking.co.uk/williambyrd
To login you will need to enter:
- Your first name and surname
- Your child’s first name, surname and date of birth
The login details you enter must match those we have on record for you.
Appointments will be available to book from 9:30am on Monday 28th February until 3pm on Friday 11th March.
After you have made your appointment(s) you can choose to print or e-mail your confirmation.
Troubleshooting Tips:
If you cannot login, please e-mail enquiries@williambyrd.school and state your child’s name / class and preferred time for appointment
The email address field entered is only used to send your appointment confirmation. If you have problems logging in, it will not be because of the e-mail address you entered.
